How We Use Google Calendar Access

If you choose to link your Google Calendar to your TutorLyft account, we will request access to your calendar data to enable advanced booking features. Specifically:

Read Access
We read your upcoming Google Calendar events to determine your real-time availability. This ensures that you cannot be double-booked on the TutorLyft platform during time periods when you already have existing Google Calendar events. Your calendar events are not shared with or made accessible to any users, including customers and the TutorLyft admin team.
Write Access
When a new session is booked with you via TutorLyft, we will create a corresponding event on your Google Calendar. If a booking is rescheduled, we will update the event. If the booking is cancelled, the event will be removed from your calendar.

This access is used strictly to support your session scheduling experience on TutorLyft. We do not share or expose your calendar data to any third parties.

You may revoke calendar access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
